There are Trout, Bass, Catfish, Carp and Crappie in the lake. The lake  is stocked with rainbow trout regularly by the DFG and County  hatcheries. Fishing is prohibited from the Dam or from within posted areas. Anglers 16 years or older must have a current California State fishing license properly displayed..
